Pre-Booking Policy

This policy governs pre-bookings for BrewtalGo placed on getbrewtal.com. We have written it to be plain and specific because money is involved and you deserve to know exactly what you are agreeing to.

1. What a Pre-Booking Is

A pre-booking is a reservation of your place in the BrewtalGo launch queue. It is not a purchase and it does not trigger dispatch of any product. Placing a pre-booking means:

• You pay a fully refundable deposit of ₹499 to secure your position

• Brewtal commits to notifying you first when BrewtalGo is ready to ship

• You will be offered the confirmed launch price before the general public pre-booking customers will receive a preferential price lower than the standard retail price

• Your pre-booking deposit will be adjusted against the final product price at the time of purchase confirmation

2. Pre-Booking Deposit & Refund

• Pre-booking deposit: ₹499 (inclusive of applicable taxes)

• The deposit is fully refundable no questions asked at any time before the product is dispatched to you

• To request a refund, email support@getbrewtal.com with your name and order reference number

• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of the refund request being confirmed

• Brewtal does not charge any cancellation fee on pre-bookings

Razorpay (our payment gateway) may retain a small processing fee on refunds in certain cases. Where this applies, Brewtal will cover the difference so you receive the full ₹499 back. We will inform you if any deduction applies before processing.

3. Pre-Booking Will Not Trigger Dispatch

Your pre-booking deposit does not initiate production, allocation, or shipment of any unit. BrewtalGo will only be dispatched after:

• You receive a formal launch notification from Brewtal with the confirmed price and product details

• You explicitly confirm your purchase and pay the balance amount

• Brewtal confirms availability and schedules dispatch

4. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Our current target for BrewtalGo delivery to pre-booking customers is October 2026.

This is a target, not a guarantee. Hardware development involves supply chain dependencies, manufacturing timelines, and testing cycles that can cause delays. We will communicate proactively if the timeline shifts — we will not go silent. If the timeline delays beyond what you are comfortable waiting, you can cancel and receive a full refund at any time, without needing a reason.

5. Confirming Your Purchase at Launch

When BrewtalGo is ready to dispatch, Brewtal will:

• Notify all pre-booking customers via email and/or SMS with the confirmed product price, specifications, and delivery timeline

• Give you a specified window (to be communicated in that notification) to confirm your purchase and pay the balance

• If you do not respond or confirm within the specified window, your pre-booking will be treated as cancelled and the ₹499 deposit will be refunded in full

6. What Pre-Booking Does Not Guarantee

• A specific product configuration, colour, or feature set the final product may differ from prototypes currently shown on the website

• A fixed delivery date

• A sale contract that is formed only when you confirm your purchase and the product is dispatched by Brewtal

7. Payment

Pre-booking payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Pacy Labs Private Limited does not store your card number, UPI ID, or any banking credentials. All transactions are subject to Razorpay's terms and applicable payment network policies.
